P4JC Internet Safety Day

6th Feb 2024

Today was Internet Safety Day. We talked about what we do online and how we use digital devices. Then we read a story together called Digiduck’s Famous Friend. We thought about what is personal information and how to be safe online by not sharing our personal information with strangers. We know to tell a safe adult if we see something we don’t like or are unsure of. Next we designed a tablet device to show what we like to do online. Then we watched an online story called Troll Stinks all about using a mobile safely and kindly. Internet Safety Day links with our Rights that we have been learning about - Article 17 and Article 19.
