Our last session with Claire from Jigsaw

16th Oct 2020

This morning Primary 3 had a lovely surprise when Claire from Jigsaw visited to do her final session on Emotional Resilience. She gave us a chocolate and set us a challenge. First we were not allowed to touch it. Next we could unwrap it but not eat it. Then we were allowed to put in our mouths but could not chew it. Finally we could decide whether to bite it or allow it to slowly melt. We talked about how each of these different stages made us feel.

Claire then gave each of a gift. It was a stress ball to help us to manage our emotions when needed. We were allowed to take these home.
