Ballymena Together Competition Winner!

20th Oct 2023

Congratulations to Dannika in P7AM, who won a £50 voucher to spend in any shop in Ballymena, thanks to the PSNI!

As part of a campaign to highlight Hate Crime in Mid and East Antrim, the PSNI were running an art competition entitled ‘Ballymena Together’ where children were asked to design a poster showing how inclusive Ballymena is as a town. A special launch day was organised with Mexican and Chinese Dancers as well as African Drums to highlight the different cultures in our town. Local Primary Schools provided the art and Dannika’s poster inspired the judges so much that she was selected from a pool of hundreds of posters. Happy spending, Dannika!
