World Mental Health Day in Primary 5WS

On World Mental Health day yesterday and as part of our school’s ‘Take 5’ pledge we took a break from all of our hard work for a short while. We made some beautiful bookmarks that we can use in our Accelerated reading books by doing some mindfulness colouring. It was good to relax and ‘ take notice’  by doing something creative.
