Stress Busting

In the middle of transfer tests and worries, this time of year can be stressful for P7 children. Why not try some of these simple activities at home to help your child cope with any stress they may be feeling.

  • Make lavendar scented play-doh
  • De-stress colouring 
  • Breathing exercises such as finger breathing
  • Blow up balloons or blow bubbles
  • Make a worry jar, where your child can write about anything they worry about and set aside time each day, or each week to talk through each worry
