Shared Education online art lesson 🎨

27th Mar 2025

Today we joined Mary Queen of Peace and Sinead from the ‘Art and Design Factory’ to create a still life drawing of a refreshing juice drink🍹.

We explored the work of Peter Dreher, ‘Day by Day, Good Day’, as inspiration. He was a German artist who created 5000 versions of the same image to portray the movement of light throughout the day.

Sinead got us thinking about using ellipses to form the shape of our glass. We think they look wonderful!

This encouraged us to ‘keep learning’, an important part of our Take 5 initiative.
