Safer Schools NI Online Safety Day at Camphill 💻 📱

14th May 2024

Today we had the team from Safer Schools NI with us all day to help us think and learn some more about being safe online.

They began the morning by running a session for parents and some of our staff.

Next Natalie took sessions on their new book called The Friend Ship with each of our P6 and P7 classes.

These sessions were great fun with lots of talking about the story and fantastic quizzes at the end! Please do ask your child what they found out or enjoyed about their session.

We finished off the day with a session after school for the teachers which was very informative and really gave us lots to think about.

We will be launching the Safer Schools NI App next academic year to help provide you with lots of handy hints, tips and information on up to date Online Safety issues so please look out for this in Term 1 next year.

We would like to thank the Safer Schools NI Team for such a fantastic day.
