Primary 3 plant marigolds
27th Mar 2018
Today everyone in school went to the greenhouse to plant a marigold. We each put some compost into a cup and sowed the tiny seed. We then placed our cup into a plastic bag and tied it loosely around the cup to make a tiny greenhouse which will help our seed to start to grow. We are all taking our seeds home to look after over the Easter holidays and hopefully everyone will come back to school, at the start of next term, with a healthy plant. If all goes well we hope to plant our marigolds at our Eco Day on 20th April.
