P7AS visit Titanic Belfast

13th Feb 2020

As we are studying the topic ‘Unsinkable’ this term, the P7s visited Titanic Belfast today.  We had a tour of the galleries, which included the Shipyard Ride, the Gantry Lift and a range of informative and engaging displays.  After the tour, we crossed the road to have lunch on board the Nomadic.  We had a brief talk about the ship and then we walked around to have a look at the interiors; some of us tried on clothes which replicated the fashion of the early 1900s.

The day was concluded with a visit to the shop and a walk along the (very windy) slipway! What a great way to spend a day!
