P7AS Visit Titanic Belfast
We had a fantastic day trip to Titanic Belfast today. We have been learning about this ‘unsinkable’ ship as part of our WAU topic this term and it was a great learning experience to be able to visit the exhibition.
As well as going up in the Gantry Lift, travelling on the Shipyard Ride and seeing the wreck of Titanic as it now looks at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean, we spent our money in the gift shop and got blown along the slipway after lunch in the sunshine. We were fortunate to have been invited on board the Nomadic for a very quick tour before we got back on the bus.
The staff at Titanic Belfast complimented us on our behaviour and manners which made the day even more special. What an enjoyable day! 🛳
