P7AS activities during Children’s Mental Health Week

7th Feb 2020

As our class discussed the importance of physical, and mental, health and looked at some of the ways we could help others, through a PowerPoint, we practiced giving each other compliments in order to make others feel better.  We also practiced different kinds of breathing in order to help us relax and calm our minds.

We recorded some of our ideas for keeping our own, and others’, minds healthy, on our ‘Helping Hearts’.
