Today we took part in a 'Healthy Me' workshop geared towards us developing our knowledge of mental health and strategies we can use to keep a positive mental health. We also learnt more about who we can talk to in school or at home if we are ever feeling anxious, worried or upset about something. We all really enjoyed the different activities!
