🔢P5 Celebrate Numeracy Day🔢

16th Oct 2024

Have a look at the different activities we have been doing in P5 today!

We had a good chat about our costumes and how they were influenced by Numeracy.

In groups, we completed a couple of problem-solving tasks. In the first, we explored what it meant to find all possibilities and combinations of ice cream cones. In the second, we looked at European flags and the various types of shapes, lines and patterns that could be found.

Thomas McKillen was our guest speaker and he talked to us about how Numeracy is such a part of his business.

What a brilliant day of learning we have had!
