P4JC celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee 👑 🎉

Today we celebrated the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee at school. What a fantastic day we had! Everyone came to school dressed up and looking fantastic. We decorated crowns, made paper chain decorations and a chalk art silhouette of the Queen, went on a special treasure hunt, heard a story and watched a video about the Queen. We all went outside for a special picnic lunch, then played and danced to some music. The Mayor came to plant a special tree and cut a cake for the celebration. Everyone enjoyed their cake and an ice cream after our picnic! We all have a crown, flag, medal and chocolate home with us to celebrate.
