Today we had a visit from Francesca from Action Mental Health. She ran a workshop called ‘Little Healthy Me’ where we thought about the importance of looking after our mental health, and strategies to help us when we are feeling upset, worried or scared. We talked about how we are all different and that we need different ways to keep us healthy and happy. We had a great morning!
