Our school grounds are Platinum Jubilee ready!

30th May 2022

We are all looking forward to celebrating the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee on Tuesday 31st May. We have lots of activities planned both in the classroom and outside of the classroom.

Our Eco Team, Charlotte our Eco Classroom Assistant, Andy our Building Supervisor, the P1 - P7 pupils and the staff have all been working very hard to get our grounds ready for the special day - I am sure you will agree that everyone deserves a big thank you for all their amazing hard work as our school looks fantastic!

On Tuesday, the whole school will be taking part in an outdoor coin treasure hunt, a picnic lunch, the planting of a tree to mark the occasion, some lunchtime dancing which will all be finished off with the ‘cutting of a cake’ and a visit from the ice cream van!

We are looking forward to seeing everyone in school on Tuesday wearing red/white/blue or dressed as a King or Queen all ready to enjoy this special day!

Look out for lots of photos on our website ‘Home’ and ‘Class’ pages.
