Internet Safety Day in P2SH!
19th Feb 2025
Today we learnt lots about staying safe when using the internet. We started the day with a special assembly led by the P7 digital leaders. We learnt that the theme for today was ‘Scams: too good to be true.’
In class we read different stories that helped teach us about how to stay safe online. We talked about how it was always important to ask a grown up for help if we see anything strange or unusual and not to talk to strangers online.
As a Rights Respecting School, Article 28 reminds us that ‘every child has the right to an education’. Although the internet is a useful tool it is important that we are educated on how to safely use it.
