Here is the Action for Happiness calendar for December. It encourages us to 'do good in December' by carrying out small acts of kindness. December can be a stressful month for many people and small acts of kindness can make such a difference!

This is part of our 'Take 5 steps to wellbeing' by giving to others and connecting with each other.
