This information 'uplift' is completed every 2 years and is needed for each child in school.  It would be appreciated if this information could be returned promptly. Children's Mental Health Week in P3SG

Today marks the start of Children's Mental Health Week 2024. This year the theme is 'My Voice Matters'. Today we participated in a range of activities to encourage us to think more carefully about our mental health. We started off by looking at a power point called 'My Voice Matters'. Our School Council representatives Dylan and Sophie shared an information page with the class telling us how we can make ourselves heard and who we can talk to about our feelings. After this we completed a short 'imoves' session, the focus today was 'I can do better'. During this session we did some yoya moves to help us to develop resilience by encouraging us to be the best we can be. We plan to complete an 'imoves' session each day this week. We also talked about self-care and the type of activities we can do to make us feel good. We spent some time this afternoon doing some mindfulness colouring and made some lovely bookmarks.
