This week is Children’s Mental Health week! Each day this week we are doing something to support good mental health. On Monday, we enjoyed some fresh air and did the daily mile, yesterday we learnt about keeping safe on the internet and today we did some musical doodling. Tomorrow and Friday we will be looking at making healthy break choices and doing some rainbow relaxation breathing! Have a look at some photos of the week so far...
