Children’s Mental Health Week in P2EG/AH

This week is Children’s Mental Health week. The theme this year is “My Voice Matters”. Today we thought about how we could use our voices to talk about our feelings to others. Then we went on the Daily Mile as exercise is something we can do to help our mental health.
