Belly breathing to end our day in Primary 5WS

We continued Children’s Mental Health week in our class today by ending off a very busy day with some belly breathing. 

Belly breathing is easy to do and it’s very relaxing. We really enjoyed it, as you can see from our photos, and we all left school feeling very chilled😎😎😎😎.
