Today we enjoyed the first of our three workshops from 'Action Mental Health'. The topic is 'Little Healthy Me'. We talked about how to keep our minds and our bodies healthy. Francesca showed us some breathing exercises and we made a 'mind' jar. Have a look at some photos...
