We were pleased to welcome David and Hayley from AMH to the P7 classrooms on Wednesday, to talk to us about mental health. We heard about how we all have mental health, just like physical health and what we can do to try to keep ours positive. We participated in some interactive activities based around the themes of 'Learn', 'Be Active', 'Give', 'Take Notice' and 'Connect'. We also received a wristband and a certificate.
