This afternoon in Primary 5WS we were all very busy!
We started off with some Numeracy. As we are learning all about fractions we used some , and worked in pairs, to build fraction walls. We then used these to identify equivalent fractions. It was great fun and definitely helped us to better understand equivalence.
We also set up an experiment. We made a model of the water cycle in a bag. We attached this to our classroom window and will monitor it closely over the next few days hoping to see the water evaporating and condensing inside the plastic bag.
