After lunch we had some time to visit all the play areas at the farm-this was the straw bounce.
Yummy yummy!
At last it was time to enjoy our lunch outside on the picnic benches
We even got to see a real milking parlour
What a pro!
Farmers can get around quickly on a farm using a quad which we all wanted to sit on!
After pets corner we met Buttercup the milking cow-we all got a go at trying to squeeze the teats to try and get something out
She was so excited!
Melissa one of our P3 assistants fell in love with the rabbits and waited patiently in line for her turn!
They felt so soft!
First we went on a nature trail and got to feed many animals
He drank the bottle very quickly!
We had to hold the bottle very tight as he was so excited
He was really hungry!
After looking at the pets we got to feed a goat it's bottle of milk.
More goats
There were lots of larger floppy eared rabbits too!
Farmers hard at work in the digger and tractor zone
Next we went to pets corner, look at this cute family of 3week old bunnies!
We saw where they lived on the farm with big heat lamps to keep them warm.
Then we got to pet some baby chicks
We met a very lazy pig called Peppa who was fast asleep even with all our noise!
We fed the ducks.Did you know that a male duck has a curl in its tail and a female doesn't-that's how to tell the difference!
A beautiful red deer named Edwin. Did you know that when a deers antlers are fully grown they fall off and then they grow new ones. We got to touch them!
